Manage Visa Gift Card promotion
If you are a Fios customer who is still active on a qualifying plan or service 60 days after install and you do not have a past due balance of $50 or more on Day 65 after install, then you are eligible to receive a Visa® Prepaid card. The prepaid card can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted--including to pay your Verizon bill--and the money on the card does not expire.
You can register for your Visa Gift Card within My Business Wireline by clicking the link that appears in the Alert Center. Once you’re registered, you can click the Fios Welcome Bonus link within the Alert Center to check on the status of your Visa Gift Card. Statuses include:
- Pending: Until service is on for 60 days and registration has occurred
- Processed: Can expect card within 30 days
- Enviado
- On hold: Due to past-due balance
- Canceled: Due to past-due balance or no registration
If you have met the qualification requirements, you should receive your card within 30 days after reaching the 65-day mark. If you haven’t received your Gift Card within 30 days, or if you need additional help, please contact us.
