Update or Reset Passwords
Update your password.
If you want to update your password to keep your account secure, do the following while logged in to My Business Wireless:
- Click your name in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click My Profile
- Next to Security Profile Details, click Update
- Under Change your password, click Edit
- Follow the directions to update your password
You can also modify your one-time passcode (OTP) options in your profile by first following the steps above to get to the Security Profile Details page and then doing the following:
- Click Edit under One-time passcode options
- Validate your existing one-time passcode by clicking Send One-Time Passcode
- When you receive the one-time passcode through the selected delivery method, enter it into the One-Time Passcode field
- Click Verify
- Choose to either:
- Delete an existing delivery option by clicking Delete next to the saved delivery option or
- Add a new delivery option by clicking Add a delivery option and then entering the needed information for the desired option
Reset a forgotten password.
The Primary Contact or an Administrator for your organization can reset a lost or forgotten password on the Company users page.
- Navigate to Manage > Company > Company users
- Enter a user ID or username in the search box on the Company users page
- Select the desired user and click Reset Password
- A pop-up window will display confirming that an email will be sent to the user with instructions on how to reset their password
- Click Continue
- Another pop-up window will indicate that an email with instructions was successfully sent to the user’s email address
Update your password.
If you want to update your security profile, you can do so while logged in to My Business Wireline.
- Navigate to Profile & Settings
- Click Security Profile
- From this page, you’ll be able to update your password and make changes to your secret question and answer
- This is also where you can make updates to your email address and your phone number, which are critical to keep up to date, as it is the information we use to assist you if you have difficulties signing in
Reset a forgotten password.
If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can reset it on the My Business Wireline page.
- Click Forgot Password? beneath the password box
- A pop-up will ask which account you want to reset; select My Business Wireline Fios, phone, internet & TV
- Follow the on-screen prompts to insert your user ID
- Request a temporary pin
- When you receive the temporary pin, input it
- Change your temporary password to a new one as directed
Obtaining your user ID.
If you have forgotten the user ID you created during the registration process, you can obtain it through the My Business Wireline page.
- Click Forgot User ID? beneath the user ID box
- A pop-up will ask which account you want to reset; select My Business Wireline Fios, phone, internet & TV
- Follow the on-screen prompts to insert the email address you used when you registered
- You will receive an email or text with your User ID.
