- Choose the desired structure (Default or one you’ve created)
- From the Period dropdown, select a month from the 12-month rolling calendar
- Scroll down, click the Add (plus sign) icon, and select the desired accounts and mobile numbers to use with your report
- Choose the Search Scope (Entire Structure or From Current Location)

The reports you run in the future will now use the positioning criteria you’ve selected.
If you have a lot of wireless numbers or accounts, you can further refine your report by using the following fields with the steps above:
- Elements: Refine report data by account number or wireless number
- Attribute: Once you select an Element, you can refine further with these Element options:
- Account number: By account number or account name
- Wireless number: By subscriber name, service number, account number, description, address, city, state or ZIP code
- Keyword: Enter a number, phrase or word to refine your search
* Billing structure or company structure are the two main criteria to choose from when creating and viewing reports. Billing structures are the most common of the two types, letting you create reports by account number, wireless number or company name. Company structure reports are set up by your organization, such as by department or business unit. These structures are usually created by your Primary Contact or an administrator.
