How to find your Verizon User ID
If you forgot your Verizon My Business user ID, you can quickly recover it by following the steps outlined on this page.
- Visit the Forgot User ID page for Verizon My Business Wireless accounts.
- Enter your business email address, the captcha and click Continue.
- If the information you provided is associated with multiple accounts, you’ll be asked for additional information to verify your identity. Provide those details to continue to the next step.
- Use two-factor authentication with 1 of the verification delivery methods on your account (text, email, or call).
- After you’re verified, your User ID will be shown on a green success banner at the top of the page.
If you’re still having trouble retrieving your user ID, contact your company administrator to have them look it up for you on the Company Users page. If your account has been locked due to a suspected security issue, call our Fraud team at 888-483-7200 for help unlocking your account.
