Verizon’s standard pricing for telecommunications services is provided in the Service Publications and Price Guide. Verizon may offer non-standard pricing by entering into a Special Customer Arrangement (“SCA”). An SCA is an individually negotiated agreement tailored to the telecommunications needs of the customer for which it is designed. An SCA may be in response to special competitive conditions that exist at the time an SCA is entered into with a customer. An SCA may encompass a service or combination of services (including products not subject to federal regulation), and frequently includes terms and conditions that supplement those appearing in the Guide. In most instances, an SCA encompasses a combination of domestic interstate and interexchange, and international telecommunications services.
The following SCA summary reflects the current range of rates and discounts offered by Verizon, and available to similarly situated customers for such services, based on particular purchase commitments and other agreed-upon rate-impacting terms.
