Oferta : During the 12-month period following promotion enrollment and during each
Extension Period, the following applies:
1. Audio Conferencing:
1.1 Domestic Audio Conferencing Service: For domestic usage of Audio Conferencing as set forth in the Guide for calls a) that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and b) that (1) originate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminate in Canada, and (2) originate in Canada and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the per-minute per-bridge port fixed rates described herein. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. The rates for domestic Audio Conferencing will be determined by the total number of domestic Audio Conferencing minutes used in the prior month as set forth below. After each monthly period, Company will calculate Customer's prior monthly usage, calculated in minutes, for domestic Audio Conferencing service during the prior monthly period. Based upon prior monthly minutes, Customer will receive for the next successive monthly period the rates for the tier in which such prior monthly minutes fell. A new rate tier for which Customer qualifies will be applied on a prospective basis only and no retroactive credits will be issued. For the first monthly period following the promotion effective date, Customer will receive the rates associated with Tier One. Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with domestic Audio Conferencing at standard rates. Tier levels are defined based on the number of minutes

1.2 Instant Replay Plus: Customer will be charged $0.22 per-minute per-caller for access to Instant Replay Plus replays.
1.3 Instant Meeting Replay: Customer will be charged $0.22 per-minute per-caller for access to Instant Meeting Replay replays.
2. Domestic Per-Minute Net Conferencing. Customer will pay the following per minute rates, which are fixed for the Term, for Per-Minute Instant, Reserved, and Customized Net Conferencing. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Net Conferencing at the standard rates set forth in the Guide.

3. Domestic ISDN Video Conferencing: For domestic ISDN Video Conferencing in lieu of standard Guide rates and any discounts, Customer will pay the following. Customer will be responsible for all other standard charges associated with domestic ISDN Video Conferencing. The following rates per minute will be fixed for the Term.
3.1 Port Usage Charges: Customer will pay the following port usage charges based on bridge type. An additional per call per minute Premier Service charge applies for a Premier Level Video Conferencing call.

4. Domestic IP Access Video Conferencing: For domestic IP Access Video Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, Customer will pay the following bridging charges per minute per video bridge port, based on port speed. An additional per call per minute charge applies for a Premier Level Video Conferencing call. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Domestic IP Access Video Conferencing at standard rates. The following rates per minute will be fixed for the Term of this Agreement.

Availability: The Customer must enroll between January 1, 2006 and February 28, 2006.
Other Conditions :
Upon expiration of each 12-month period following a Customers promotion enrollment, service shall continue under this promotion for a 12-month period (Extension Period) unless the Customer provides the Company notice of termination of service under the plan at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the expiring 12-month-period.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on Audio Conferencing and Video Conferencing.
