Offer: During each monthly period of the Customers term of service following promotion enrollment, a discount of 41.5% on monthly recurring charges for End-To-End International Private Line Service Option installed between December 17, 2002, and March 15, 2003.
Eligibility: A Customer must:
enroll between December 17, 2002 and February 15th, 2003; and,
receive service under a term of service which equals or exceeds one year.
