Beginning December 15, 2000 and ending September 30, 2002, the Company will offer the following promotion to new customers of Feature Option 2 and Feature Option 3A WorldCom On-Net Voice Services.
Eligibility: To be eligible to enroll in this promotion, customers must satisfy the following conditions.
Upon enrollment in this promotion the customer must:
subscribe to WorldCom On-Net Voice Services under a new WorldCom On-Net Voice Services Term Plan with a term commitment which equals or exceeds one year;
and,
subscribe to telecommunications service provided by a Company-affiliated company in Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and/or United Kingdom (Promotional Locations).
Benefits: Customers enrolled in this promotion are eligible to receive the following benefits during the term of service of the customer's WorldCom On-Net Voice Services Term Plan:
The customer will receive a $0.01 per minute discount on the per-minute rates for Outbound Service usage which originates via Switched or Dedicated access in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in Promotional Locations in which the customer subscribes to telecommunications service provided by a Company-affiliated company under this promotion, based on origination type; and,
In lieu of standard per-minute rates for Outbound Service usage, the customer will be charged $0.085 per minute for Inbound Service usage which originates via Local Network Connection which originates in the U.S. Mainland and terminate in Promotional Locations in which the customer subscribes to telecommunications service provided by a Company-affiliated company under this promotion.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion are not eligible to receive the benefits of the Option RR Worldwide Promotion.
