Section IV.1 - Verizon Business Services III Rates and Charges for service under a Signed Contract executed by Customer on or after June 15, 2009.
The rates and charges set forth below apply to Internet Dedicated Services in the U.S. Mainland under Verizon Business Services III and a Signed Contract executed by Customer on or after June 15, 2009. The rates and charges set forth below do not include local access circuit charges, charges for extended wiring to or at Customer premises, equipment costs, or network application fees.
Burstable Select. For Burstable Select service, a monthly recurring overage usage charge applies per kilobit or megabit, as applicable, for Burstable Select service in each monthly period in which Customers Measured Use Level exceeds Customer's Bandwidth Commitment for a circuit. Usage which exceeds Customer's Bandwidth Commitment will be measured in kilobit or megabit increments. If the measurement includes a fraction of a kilobit or megabit, the fraction is rounded to the next full kilobit or megabit
Diverse Ports.
Diverse Service. The Diverse Service monthly recurring charge includes charges for both of the primary and Diverse Price Protected circuits for all bandwidths except NxT1. For NxT1 the Diverse Service monthly recurring bundled charges include the bundled diverse circuit only.
Diverse Feature. As of June 1, 2011, Customers may specify the Service Type for each circuit of equivalent access and port bandwidth ordered as a diverse circuit pair (i.e. Burstable, Burstable Select, Tiered or Price Protected, etc. at T1 bandwidth). Customers specifying the Service Type for each Internet Dedicated Services circuit ordered as a Diverse circuit pair will be assessed a Diverse Feature Charge based on port type for each of the circuits ordered in a diverse circuit pair, including Shadow Service. The commitment levels on the diverse port may vary.
Relocation or Retermination Charges. A Relocation or Retermination Fee applies for the modification of an existing Internet Dedicated Service, at Customer request, that requires Company to reterminate the circuit to a different router or relocate the circuit to a different hub. Relocation or Retermination Fees are based on port speed as specified in the following.

7.1 Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring Charges. Monthly recurring and non-recurring charges for OC192 are set forth in Customers Internet Dedicated Service Attachment and are based on port type and speed. A monthly recurring overage usage charge applies per megabit for Burstable Select service in each monthly period in which Customers Measured Use Level exceeds Customer's Bandwidth Commitment for a circuit. Available port type and speeds (in Mbps) are as follows:
OC192 Tiered: 10000 Mbps;
Burstable Select*: 2000, 2500, and 3000-10000 in 1000 Mbps increments;
and also includes Price-Protected*, Shadow*, Double* and Diverse* options.

7.3 Relocation or Retermination Fee. A non-recurring charge applies per circuit to relocate or reterminate a circuit and is set forth in Customers Internet Dedicated Service Attachment.

8.2 10 GigE Monthly Recurring and Non-Recurring Charges. 13. Aggregated Billing Charges.
13.1 Monthly Recurring Charges and Non Recurring Charges. The following monthly recurring charges apply:

13.2 Overage Charges. Each month the Customers Aggregated Billing usage is automatically reviewed. An overage charge applies per megabit for Aggregated Billing service in each monthly period in which Customers Measured Use Level across all active circuits exceeds Customer's Aggregated Bandwidth Contribution. The per megabit overage charge is calculated by dividing the total aggregated monthly recurring charges by the Aggregated Bandwidth Contribution.
