7 . Point to Point Full Bandwidth Type 1 Service Monthly Recurring And Non-Recurring Charges on July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004: The following monthly recurring a nd non-recurring charges apply to Type 1 EPL - Metro circuits, provided on a Point to Point, Full Bandwidth basis, which are ordered on July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004, excluding the circuits set forth in Section IV.7, based on circuit speed and the term commitment in Customers master service agreement (Term of Service) :
