Verizon Customer Center Features:​​   Verizon Customer Center (VCC) is a suite of web-based applications that provides Customer access to a virtual communications center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  VCC provides Customer access to the following features that allow the Customer to monitor and manage the following products: Voice Services, Frame Relay Services, MCI Vision, networkMCI One and Vnet.​​ 

 

1.         Event Monitor:  Event Monitor is an alarm and reporting tool for Frame Relay Services.  The following monthly recurring charges apply per Authorized User (User) ID for the first five Users per Corporate ID based on Package type i.e. Basic or Premium.  The Basic Package provides access to six reports types only and the Premium Package provides access to 20 reports, active alarms, and the network map functionality.​​

2.         MCI Perspective Plus:  This feature provides monthly customized call traffic data allowing Customer to view its call traffic information, monitor usage, analyze traffic, summarize calls, and create customized call reports.  A monthly recurring charge of $100 applies.​​ 

 

3.         Network Manager (NM):  Network Manager is a powerful Web-based VCC application that gives Option 2 and Option 3 toll-free Customers a view of their toll-free network routing data as well as the capability to make quick changes to routing plans.  Customers can examine current routing plans and customize their features on a near real-time basis. With this dynamic application, Customer can manage its toll-free network configurations easily by routing its inbound traffic and quickly responding to disasters and changing business needs. Network Manager allows Customers to build alternate plans ahead of time and activate them in case of an emergency.  Changes to inbound numbers or activation of new routing plans are effective within minutes of submitting the request.  Customers who subscribe to Network Manager will not incur feature‑related change or cancellation charges.  A monthly recurring charge of $300 per User ID applies for the first five Users per Corporate ID, not to exceed $1,500 per Corporate ID per month.​​ 

 

4.         Outbound Network Manager (ONM):  Outbound Network Manager allows Customers to examine their Option 2, Option 3, Vnet, networkMCI One and MCI Vision configuration data and customize features on a near real-time basis.  ONM provides Customer the ability to view information about the current Voice Services Option 2 and Option 3, Vision, Vnet, and networkMCI One features selected for their network; schedule and implement changes to their database network (including without limitation canceling a lost or stolen credit card or addressing sudden changes in employee status); and add and maintain Users.  A monthly recurring charge of $300 per User ID applies for the first five Users per Corporate ID, not to exceed $1,500 per Corporate ID per month.​​ 

 

5.         Traffic Monitor:  Traffic Monitor provides summary and call detail information on inbound numbers within one to thirty minutes (near real-time) after a call has completed.  Traffic Monitor is designed as an early warning system to help pinpoint critical information in order to make quick decisions to support On-Net Voice Services inbound service.  A monthly recurring charge of $300 per User ID applies for the first five Users per Corporate ID, not to exceed $1500 per Corporate ID per month.​​ 

 

6.         Traffic Reporting:  Traffic Reporting offers a comprehensive suite of inbound summary and inbound and outbound call detail reports. A monthly recurring charge of $125 per User ID applies for the first five Users per Corporate ID, not to exceed $625 per User ID per month.​​
