Conferencing Tiered Rate Promotion Offer VIII.I
Oferta : During the 12-month period following Customers execution of the Conferencing Tiered Pricing Promotion Offer Enrollment Form and during each Extension Period (defined below in Other Conditions) (in the aggregate, any such period hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Period), the following applies. Rates shown are fixed for the Promotion Period.
1. Audio Conferencing
1.1 Domestic Audio Conferencing Service: For domestic usage of Audio Conferencing as set forth in the Guide for calls (a) that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and (b) that (1) originate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminate in Canada, and (2) originate in Canada and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the per-minute per-bridge port fixed rates described herein. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. The rates for domestic Audio Conferencing will be determined by the total number of domestic Audio Conferencing minutes used in the prior month as set forth below. After each monthly period, Company will calculate Customer's prior monthly usage, calculated in minutes, for domestic Audio Conferencing service during the prior monthly period. Based upon prior monthly minutes, Customer will receive for the next successive monthly period the rates for the tier in which such prior monthly minutes fell. A new rate tier for which Customer qualifies will be applied on a prospective basis only and no retroactive credits will be issued. For the first monthly period following the promotion effective date, Customer will receive the rates associated with Tier One. Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with domestic Audio Conferencing at standard rates.

1.2 From the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to International Locations: A fixed discount of fifteen percent (15%) on per-minute rates will apply for Premier and Standard service levels of Audio Conferencing charges for Dial-Out Access service that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in selected international locations.
1.3 Instant Replay Plus: A $0.20 per-minute per-caller charge will apply for access to Instant Replay Plus replays.
1.4 Instant Meeting Replay: A $0.20 per-minute per-caller charge will apply for access to Instant Meeting Replay replays.
2. Domestic Per-Minute Net Conferencing. The following per-minute rates will apply for Per-Minute Instant, Reserved, and Customized Net Conferencing . Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Net Conferencing at the standard rates set forth in the Guide.

5. Domestic ISDN Video Conferencing: For domestic ISDN Video Conferencing , in lieu of standard Guide rates and any discounts, Customer will pay the following rates per minute. Customer is responsible for all other standard charges associated with domestic ISDN Video Conferencing.
5.1 Port Usage Charges: The following port usage charges, will apply based on bridge type. An additional per call per minute Premier Service charge applies for a Premier Level Video Conferencing call.

6. Domestic IP Access Video Conferencing: For domestic IP Access Video Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following bridging charges will apply per minute per video bridge port based on port speed. An additional per call per minute charge applies for a Premier Level Video Conferencing call. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Domestic IP Access Video Conferencing at standard rates.

Disponibilidad : Customer must enroll between October 1, 2007 and March 31, 2008.
Other Conditions : Upon expiration of each 12-month period following a Customers promotion enrollment, the term of this promotion will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis (Extension Period) until either party terminates it upon sixty (60) days prior written notice.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discount on Audio Conferencing y Video Conferencing .
