Conferencing Flat Rate Promotion Offer VII.II
Oferta : During the 12-month period following Customers promotion enrollment and during each Extension Period (defined below in Other Conditions) (in the aggregate, any such period hereinafter referred to as the Term), the following applies. The following rates are fixed for the term.
1. Audio Conferencing:
1.1 Domestic Audio Conferencing Service: The following rates per minute apply to domestic Audio Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with rounding to the next higher full minute. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with domestic Audio Conferencing at standard rates.

1.2 Canada: For Audio Conferencing Dial Out Access and Toll Free Meet-Me Access (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada, and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following per-minute per-bridge port rates will apply and are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. Transport rates applicable to bridging only charges described below will be those transport rates otherwise applicable under Customer's service agreement.

1.3 From the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to International Locations: A fixed discount of fifteen percent (15%) on per-minute rates applies for Premier and Standard service levels of Audio Conferencing charges for Dial-Out Access service that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in selected international locations.
1.4 Instant Replay Plus: A $0.20 per-minute per-caller charge will apply for access to Instant Replay Plus replays.
1.5 Instant Meeting Replay: A $0.20 per-minute per-caller charge will apply for access to Instant Meeting Replay replays.
2. Domestic Per-Minute Net Conferencing. Customer will pay the following per minute rates for Per-Minute Instant, Reserved, and Customized Net Conferencing. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Net Conferencing at the standard rates set forth in the Guide.

5. Domestic ISDN Video Conferencing: For domestic ISDN Video Conferencing in lieu of standard Guide rates and any discounts, the following per-minute rates will apply. Customer will be responsible for all other standard charges associated with domestic ISDN Video Conferencing.
5.1 Port Usage Charges: Customer will pay the following port usage charges based on bridge type. An additional per call per minute Premier Service charge applies for a Premier Level Video Conferencing call.

6. Domestic IP Access Video Conferencing: For domestic IP Access Video Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, Customer will pay the following bridging charges per minute per video bridge port based on port speed. An additional per call per minute charge applies for a Premier Level Video Conferencing call. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Domestic IP Access Video Conferencing at standard rates.

Disponibilidad : Customer must enroll between October 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007.
Other Conditions : Upon expiration of each 12-month period following a Customers promotion enrollment, the term of this promotion will be automatically extended on a month-to-month basis (Extension Period) until either party terminates it upon sixty (60) days prior written notice.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on Audio Conferencing and Video Conferencing.
