VoIP Conferencing Add On Promotion
Offer: Para New Customer of Conferencing Services, as defined below, under Verizon Business Service I (VBS I) or Verizon Business Service II (VBS II) the following rates:
1. Definition:
New Customer of Conferencing Services any Customer who has not been billed for any Company Audio Conferencing or Video Conferencing within the last three months immediately prior to enrollment in this promotion.
2. Audio Conferencing: The following per-minute per-bridge port usage rates shall apply to domestic Audio Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on access method.

Eligibility Requirements: Customer must:
have a minimum of one-year term remaining for Voice over IP (VoIP) at the time of enrollment for this promotion;
have a minimum of one-year term remaining on a VBS I or VBS II agreement for either Audio Conferencing or Video Conferencing (Agreement) at the time of enrollment for this promotion;
commit to a minimum of $15,000 in total Audio Conferencing and Video Conferencing billing per year;
enroll in this promotion between September 16, 2006 and December 31, 2006; and
sign an Agreement incorporating this promotion no later than December 31, 2006.
Other Conditions: No back credits will be applied to this promotion.
