OCn US Private Line Promotion - v2.0

 

Subject to the Conditions below, existing Customers who order new interstate Company SONET   OC3 or OC12 US Private Line  (Promotional Service) circuits under the VBS I or VBS II pricing program (Promotional Circuits) will receive the following promotional monthly recurring pricing based on IXC mileage band during the Term of their Service Agreement with Company (Promotion):

Conditions:

 

1.      Customer may not receive the benefits of Product Package Guide Types 22 or 23.

 

2.   Customer must have signed and submitted a master service agreement with the Company that includes the Promotional Service by January 31, 2010.

 

3.   Customers must order Promotional Circuits no later than February 28, 2010.

 

4.   Customer commits to paying for each Promotional Circuit for a minimum of 1 year.  If Customer disconnects a Promotional Circuit before the end of the 1 year commitment period, Customer will pay an early termination charge of 75% of the applicable monthly recurring charge times the number of months remaining in the term commitment for such Promotional Circuit.
