Conferencing Saver Promotion - Offer VII.II
Offer: For new and existing Customers of Conferencing services under Verizon Business Service (VBS) I, VBS II, or VBS III who commit to a new or additional term of service of one year or greater, the following applies. The following rates are fixed for the Term.
1. Audio Conferencing: For Audio Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates and discounts, rounded to the next higher full minute.
1.1 U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands: For domestic Audio Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-bridge port usage rates, based on access method. Usage rates for services other than Toll Meet Me are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise.

1.2 Canada: For domestic Audio Conferencing Dial Out Access and Toll Free Meet-Me Access calls (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada; and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged, in lieu of standard rates and discounts, the per-minute per-bridge port usage rates, described below. Such rates are inclusive of both bridging and transport.

1.3 From the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to International Locations: A fixed discount of fifteen percent (15%) on per-minute rates for Premier and Standard service levels of Audio Conferencing charges for Dial-Out Access service that originates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminates in selected international locations will apply.
1.4 Global Access Transport Charges: For Global Access calls that are bridged in the United States, Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-bridge port rates, based on availability of service, zone and origination access type. Bridging charges are additional and are priced at Customers applicable Toll Meet-Me Access rate per minute.

1.5 Instant Replay Plus and Instant Meeting Replay Usage Charges: A $0.20 per minute usage charge for Toll Free Number access and Toll Number access will apply.
2. Net Conferencing: For Net Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates will apply.
2.1 Per-Minute Usage Charge Option: For Customers who choose a per-minute billing option, a $0.22 per-minute per-participant usage charge applies.
3. Video Conferencing: For Video Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following rates will apply, rounded to the next higher minute.
3.1 ISDN Port Usage Charge: The following port usage charges per minute per video bridge port will round to the next higher full minute.

Other Conditions:
These rates are in lieu of the other Audio Conferencing, Net Conferencing and Video Conferencing rates set forth in the Guide. Customer is liable and required to pay all other rates and charges for Conferencing services set forth in the Guide.
Customers may enroll in this (a) at time of enrollment, or (b) at any time during the term of a current VBS I, VBS II, or VBS III agreement.
No back credits will be applied to this promotion.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on Audio Conferencing and/or Video Conferencing.
