Interstate PIC Fee Credit Promotion

 

Offer:  A $1.25 credit for each Automatic Number Identification (ANI) that the Customer presubscribes to Company for provision of switched interstate service provided by a MCI Legacy Company and which was presubscribed to a carrier other than Company at the time of promotion enrollment.

 

Eligibility Requirements:  Customer must:

 

Enroll prior to June 30, 2008;

 

Be a Customer of Long Distance Voice Services; and,

 

Request no later than August 31, 2008 that presubscription to Company or a Company affiliate service occur no later than September 30, 2008.
