Offer: Upon Customer request via a Company-designated Internet site, a certificate which Customer may apply to be billed a $0.19 per-minute per-bridge-port usage charge, in lieu of other per-minute per-bridge-port usage charges which may apply, for participants in the following locations who participate in one audioconferencing Premier Level Toll Free Meet-Me Access, Dial-Out Access and Toll Meet-Me Access Conferencing Calling call at the Premier Level with 100 or more participants:
United States, Anguilla, Antigua (Barbuda), Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada (including Carriacou), Jamaica, Midway, Nevis, St. Kitts, St. Vincent/Grenadines, Trinidad/Tobago, and Turks and Caicos Islands.
Eligibility Requirements : A Customer must:
enroll between December 1, 2003 and June 1, 2004;
redeem via a Company-designated Internet site the certificate by July 1, 2004; and,
receive audioconferencing, including Net Conferencing, and/or On-Net Switched Digital Service Videoconferencing under a term commitment with an annual volume commitment which equals or exceeds $30,000,000.
Other Conditions:
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the
benefits of any other promotional offering on audioconferencing.
