2006 Conferencing Flat Rate Promotion
Oferta: During the 12-month period following promotion enrollment and during each Extension Period, the following applies:
1. Audio Conferencing:
1.1 Domestic Audio Conferencing Service: The following rates per minute for domestic Audio Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with rounding to the next higher full minute. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with domestic Audio Conferencing at standard rates. The following rates per minute will be fixed for the Term.

1.2 Canada: For Audio Conferencing Dial Out Access and Toll Free Meet-Me Access (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada, and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Customer will be charged, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, the following per-minute per-bridge port rates which are fixed for the Term, inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. Transport rates applicable to bridging only charges described below will be those transport rates otherwise applicable under this Agreement.

1.3 International: A fixed discount of 15 percent on per-minute rates for all service levels of Audio Conferencing charges, inclusive of both bridging and transport charges, for Dial-Out Access service that originates in the U.S. and terminates in selected international locations.
1.4 Instant Replay Plus: Customer will be charged $0.22 per-minute per-caller for access to Instant Replay Plus replays.
1.5 Instant Meeting Replay: Customer will be charged $0.22 per-minute per-caller for access to Instant Meeting Replay replays.
2. Domestic Per-Minute Net Conferencing. Customer will pay the following per minute rates, which are fixed for the Term, for Per-Minute Instant, Reserved, and Customized Net Conferencing. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Net Conferencing at the standard rates set forth in the Guide.

5. Domestic ISDN Video Conferencing: For domestic ISDN Video Conferencing in lieu of standard Guide rates and any discounts, Customer will pay the following: Customer will be responsible for all other standard charges associated with domestic ISDN Video Conferencing. The following rates per minute will be fixed for the Term.
5.1 Port Usage Charges: Customer will pay the following port usage charges based on bridge type. An additional per call per minute Premier Service charge applies for a Premier Level Video Conferencing call.

6. Domestic IP Access Video Conferencing: For domestic IP Access Video Conferencing, in lieu of standard rates and any discounts, Customer will pay the following bridging charges per minute per video bridge port, based on port speed. An additional per call per minute charge applies for a Premier Level Video Conferencing call. Customer will be responsible for all other charges associated with Domestic IP Access Video Conferencing at standard rates. The following rates per minute will be fixed for the Term of this Agreement.

Availability: The Customer must enroll between February 1, 2006 and February 28, 2007.
Other Conditions:
Upon expiration of each 12-month period following a Customers promotion enrollment, service shall continue under this promotion for a 12-month period (Extension Period) unless the Customer provides the Company notice of termination of service under the plan at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the expiring 12-month-period.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on Audio Conferencing y Video Conferencing.
