Conferencing Minute Plan Promotion – Offer VIII.I for BSG
Subject to the conditions set forth herein, during the one- or two-year payment commitment period elected in Customer’s promotion enrollment and during each Extension Period (defined below in Other Conditions) (in the aggregate, any such period hereinafter referred to as the “Term”), the following applies:
1. Audio Conferencing:
1.1 Instant Meeting Service: The following rates per minute, which are fixed for the Term, apply to domestic Audio Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with rounding to the next higher full minute. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with domestic Audio Conferencing at standard rates. These rates are for Instant Meeting Toll and Toll Free Meet Me Access only.
Customer must commit to one of the plans outlined below. Customer will pay a monthly fee based on the plan chosen. A per overage minute charge applies if the usage is higher than the monthly minute allowance.

2. Net Conferencing:
2.1 Instant Net Conference Service: The following rates per minute, which are fixed for the Term, apply to domestic Net Conferencing calls that originate and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with rounding to the next higher full minute. Charges are inclusive of both bridging and transport, unless noted otherwise below. Customer is responsible for all other charges associated with domestic Net Conferencing at standard rates. The Customer will have the option of using both the WebEx or Live Meeting Net Conferencing platforms.
Customer must commit to one of the plans outlined below. Customer will pay a monthly fee based on the plan chosen. A per overage minute charge applies if the usage is higher than the monthly minute allowance.

Disponibilidad: To receive the benefits of this promotion, Customer must sign and submit to Company a completed enrollment form between November 1, 2008 and January 31, 2011.
Other Conditions: Upon expiration of the one- or two-year Term elected by Customer, as applicable, this promotion will automatically expire but Company will continue to provide ordered services and Customer will continue to receive ordered services on a month-to-month basis at standard Guide rates and terms until either party terminates it upon sixty (60) days prior written notice.
The Customer will be responsible for paying the monthly recurring charge for the contracted enrollment Term, even if the service is terminated sooner (unless terminated by Customer for cause).
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on Audio Conferencing and Net Conferencing.
