New Service Incentive Promotion
Offer: Existing Company customers who simultaneously order a new eligible service unit (see table below) provided by an MCI Legacy Company, excluding upgrades and conversions of existing service, and enroll that unit in this promotion will receive the following benefit: a one-time credit in the amount, indicated in the table below, applied to the monthly recurring charges for the new MCI Legacy Company-provided service unit. The credit will be applied in the third monthly period following activation of the new service unit. To receive the benefits of this promotion, each eligible service unit must be active, with no pending cancellation request, at the time the credit is applied. Except for this one-time credit, this promotion does not change the terms and conditions that apply to the new service unit.
This promotion applies only with respect to new eligible MCI Legacy Company-provided service units enrolled in this promotion, and this promotion must be added to Customers contract for service between May 2, 2007 and January 31, 2008, which contract is signed or accepted by both parties shortly thereafter, for installation within 30 days of order (or by Companys quoted installation date if later).
Customer may enroll any eligible service unit, but any individual unit may be enrolled only once. Customer may not receive any other discounts on any enrolled unit other than the Verizon Business Services 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Customers with a Special Customer Arrangement (SCA) are not eligible for this promotion,
Promotion applies only to services exclusively within the Unites States Mainland.
