Offer: The Company will waive Local Access Channel charges for each DSO (Hubless) Access (DS0), T-1 Digital Access (DS1) and DS-3 Local Access (DS3) circuit for which the local loop is furnished in whole via Company-owned facilities and which is installed under this promotion in each monthly period of a Customers term of service following promotion enrollment in which the Customers charges for the following Company-provided services associated with that circuit exceed the following amounts, based on circuit type: Enterprise Connection, Frame Relay Service and/or ATM service, IP VPN Dedicated Services Fully Managed and/or Internet IP Service:
