If Customer uses between 50,000 and 199,999 minutes of audioconferencing during the third month of the Promotion Term:

Underutilization Fee: If Customer uses less than 450,000 beginning in the fourth month of the Promotion Term and ending at the end of the Promotion Term, Customer will be charged an underutilization fee of $5,000.
If Customer uses 200,000 or more audioconferencing minutes during the third month of the Promotion Term:
Audioconferencing: Beginning in the fifth month and ending at the end of the Promotion Term, Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-bridge port rates for: Conferencing Calling usage within the U.S. Mainland, Alaska and Hawaii, in lieu of all other rates, based on Service Level and access method; and, Instant Meeting Service usage at the Unattended Level from the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands:

Customer will receive a credit equal to the total Instant Meeting usage during months one through three of the 12-month promotional term to be applied to the Customers invoice by the fifth monthly period of the term of service.
Underutilization Fee: If Customer uses less than 450,000 beginning in the fourth month of the Promotion Term and ending at the end of the Promotion Term, Customer will be charged an underutilization fee of $20,000.
Availability: Customer must enroll between July 1, 2004, and October 31, 2004.
Other Conditions:
This offer is made available to new audioconferencing Customers only where the Customer has not contracted or does not have an account with Company during the past consecutive 12 months for audioconferencing service.
Upon expiration of the Promotion Term, the rates in effect at the end of the Promotion Term shall continue to apply under this promotion for a 12-month period (Extension Period) unless Customer provides Company notice of termination of service under the plan at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the expiring 12-month-period.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on audioconferencing.
