On the Network V Cross Connect Promotion
Subject to the conditions below, new and existing customers under a Company master services agreement (“Agreement”) who order new or upgrade existing circuits of Company Network Services Local Access Service provisioned entirely on MCI Legacy Company-owned fiber (aka Type 1 – Lit Building), or on other Company facilities designated as Type 1 with a Company Point of Presence within such building or facility (each a “Promotional Circuit”) will receive the following promotional benefits during the Term of the Agreement (the “Promotion”): Promotional benefits will be effective for circuits installed under this Promotion on or after the Effective Date (as defined in the Agreement) for the following eligible addresses:
Promotional Benefits:
A reduced monthly recurring charge (“MRC”) and non-recurring installation charge (“NRC”), as listed below, for new or upgraded Promotional Circuits based on the access type/bandwidth and Agreement term commitment, as set forth in the following table:

Eligibility:
1. Promotion must be included in the Customer’s Agreement, signed and submitted by July 31, 2012.
2. Upgrades to an existing circuit are eligible only where an increase in the access speed is not required.
3. The promotional rates/discounts set forth herein are in lieu of all other discounts specifically for access services, including any other discounts set forth in Customer’s Agreement, except for the Installation Waiver promotion.
4. The Promotion applies only to Promotional Circuits which are (a) in MCI Legacy Company-owned fiber (aka Type 1 – Lit Building), or on other Company facilities designated as Type 1 on the Guide, and, (b) where there is a Company Point of Presence in such Type 1 - Lit Building or facility. Promotional Circuits must also be located entirely within the U.S. Mainland (including U.S. Mainland sites that are a part of an international network).
