IMPORTANT NOTICE
Prior to August 1, 2001, service was furnished under MCII Tariff FCC No. 1 filed with the Federal Communications Commission, which Tariff incorporated by reference portions of MCI WORLDCOM Communications Tariff FCC No. 1.
Effective August 1, 2001, tariff provisions governing the following services are canceled in their entirety: Metered Use Service Option D (VNET), Metered Use Service Option E (MCI Vision), Metered Use Service Option F (MCI 800 Service), Metered Use Service Option G (networkMCI One), Metered Use Service Option H (Frame Relay Service), Metered Use Service Option I (MCI WORLDCOM Contact one-number service), Metered Use Service Option L (MCI Hemispheres International Calling Card), Metered Use Service Option M (MCI Forum Conference Calling), Metered Use Service Option Q (MCI Masters), Metered Use Service Option R (MCI HotelDirect), Metered Use Service Option S (MCI 900 Service), Metered Use Service Option V (HospitalityMCI), Metered Use Service Option Y (Audioconferencing from networkMCI Conferencing), and Metered Use Service Option Z (MCI WorldCom On-Net Services. Information pertaining to these services may be found in this "Service Publication and Price Guide" ("Guide") or during regular business hours at the Company Headquarters building located at 500 Clinton Center Drive, Clinton, MS 39056.
In addition, effective August 1, 2001, except with respect to Dial-around 1+ Service ("Casual Calling") and Dial-1 Service for presubscribed customers selecting the Company through a Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) for their initial 45-days of service or until a written contract is consummated, whichever first occurs ("Interim Dial One Service"), tariff provisions governing the domestic, i.e., state-to-state, service portions of the following services are canceled in their entirety: Metered Use Service Option A (Execunet), Metered Use Service Option B (MCI Preferred), Metered Use Service Option J (MCI Prepaid), Metered Use Service Option K (MCI Exchange Card), Metered Use Service Option N (Feature Card Services), Metered Use Service Option O (Credit Card), Metered Use Service Option P (Prism Plus), Metered Use Service Option T (MCI Flat Rate Plus), Metered Use Service Option U (Advanced Option I for Small Business), Metered Use Service Option W (HomeMCI One), and Metered Use Service Option X (Advanced Option II for Small Business). Information pertaining to the domestic, i.e., state-to-state, portions of these services may be found at http://www.mci.com. or during regular business hours at the Company Headquarters building located at 500 Clinton Center Drive, Clinton, MS 39056. Tariff provisions will continue to govern the international service portions of all the services named in this paragraph.
Please also note the following regarding this important change.
MCII Tariff FCC No. 1 (which incorporated by reference MCI WORLDCOM Communications Tariff FCC No. 1) was amended on June 23, 2001 to incorporate new or revised Online Definitions and new or revised Online Master Terms - Terms and Conditions of Service contained in WorldCom Tariff FCC No. 1. Like the service in former MCII Tariff FCC No. 1 (which incorporated by reference MCI WORLDCOM Communications Tariff FCC No. 1), these Online Definitions and Online Master Terms are now part of this Guide, apply to all services no longer tariffed, and are part of customer service contracts. The definitions and terms and conditions contained in former MCII Tariff FCC No. 1 (which incorporated by reference MCI WORLDCOM Communications Tariff FCC No. 1) are now reflected either in the Online Definitions, the Online Master Terms, or in service-specific definitions or terms and conditions, and, accordingly, were removed at the time of detariffing on July 31, 2001.
Except as noted in the preceding paragraph, the text of this Guide replicates the information contained in former MCII Tariff FCC No. 1 on July 31, 2001.
If there is an inconsistency between a Online Definition or a Online Master Term and Condition, a service-specific definition or term and condition, or a definition and term and condition contained in a written contract between the Company and the Customer, the relationship with the Customer will consist of the following, in order of precedence from (1) through (3): (1) the definition or term and condition in the written contract; (2) the service-specific definition or term and condition; and (3) the Online Definition or Online Master Term and Condition. An inconsistency will be deemed to include any instance in which a service-specific definition or a service-specific term and condition has no counterpart in the Online Definitions or the Online Master Terms and Conditions of Service.
The Company may change the Guide from time to time and any change made will be binding on customers after fulfillment of the notice period set forth in Section 7.B of the General Terms and Conditions.
Any reference to tariff within the text of the Guide shall mean Guide.
CUSTOMIZED BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE
APPLICATION
This tariff contains the regulations and rates governing the relationship between the Company and its customers in the provision of Customized Business Communications Service from Puerto Rico to the U.S. Mainland (as defined herein), Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the international locations named herein, provided by the Company and its concurring, connecting, and other participating carriers between, among and beyond the cities, locations, service areas, and countries that the Company serves, EXCEPT THAT, EFFECTIVE JUNE 23, 2001, THE DEFINITION OF TERMS AND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS TARIFF AT SECTIONS A AND B, RESPECTIVELY, AS THEY APPLY TO CUSTOMERS OF METERED USE SERVICE OPTION D (VNET), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION E (MCI VISION), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION F (MCI 800 SERVICE), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION G (NETWORKMCI ONE), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION H (FRAME RELAY SERVICE), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION I (DIRECTLINEMCI), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION K (MCI EXCHANGE CARD), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION L (MCI HEMISPHERES INTERNATIONAL CALLING CARD), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION M (MCI FORUM CONFERENCE CALLING), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION Q (MCI MASTERS), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION R (MCI HOTELDIRECT), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION S (MCI 900 SERVICE), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION V (HOSPITALITYMCI), METERED USE SERVICE OPTION Y (AUDIOCONFERENCING FROM NETWORKMCI CONFERENCING) AND METERED USE SERVICE OPTION Z (MCI WORLDCOM ON-NET SERVICES), ARE SUPERSEDED BY THE GENERAL DEFINITIONS AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN WORLDCOM TARIFF F.C.C. SECTION A - DEFINITION OF TERMS
The Definition of Terms found in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No. 1 shall apply unless specifically modified herein, except that, effective June 23, 2001, all Definitions of Terms, as they apply to Metered Use Service Option D (Vnet), Metered Use Service Option E (MCI Vision), Metered Use Service Option F (MCI 800 Service), Metered Use Service Option G (networkMCI One), Metered Use Service Option H (Frame Relay Service), Metered Use Service Option I (directlineMCI), Metered Use Service Option K (MCI Exchange Card), Metered Use Service Option L (MCI Hemispheres International Calling Card), Metered Use Service Option M (MCI Forum Conference Calling), Metered Use Service Option Q (MCI MASTERS), Metered Use Service Option R (MCI HotelDirect), Metered Use Service Option S (MCI 900 Service), Metered Use Service Option V (hospitalityMCI), Metered Use Service Option Y (audioconferencing from networkMCI Conferencing) and Metered Use Service Option Z (MCI WorldCom On-Net Services), are superseded by the General Definitions contained in WORLDCOM Tariff F.C.C No. 1, except as otherwise provided for in Section 1.C.01 thereof.

SECTION C - SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS AND RATES
2. METERED USE SERVICE
2.1 General Description and Charges
The General Description of Metered Use Service found in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No. 1 shall apply unless specifically modified herein.

e) Convenience Payment Charge applies.
f) Administrative Expense Fee applies.
2.2 Option A (Execunet)
Unless specifically modified herein, terms and conditions applicable to Execunet found in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No. 1 shall apply and all rates and charges for Execunet usage originating in Puerto Rico and terminating in domestic locations are the same as those for Execunet usage originating in domestic locations and terminating in Puerto Rico and all rates and charges for international usage originating or terminating in Puerto Rico are the same as those for international usage originating or terminating in the U.S. Mainland.
Puerto Rico Service is available for call origination in Puerto Rico subject to the provisions set forth under each Option, unless otherwise stated herein.
2.1.1 From Puerto Rico to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI Per Minute Usage Charges: In lieu of Intercity Facilities Usage Charges specified in MCI Telecommunications Corporation's Tariff FCC No.1, the following charge apply to all calls which originate within Puerto Rico and terminate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI.

2.1.1.3 Volume Discounts:
Discounts, as described below, are available to those customers who have established accounts with the Company. The level of discount is based upon the customer's total monthly charges arising from calls originating in Puerto Rico and terminating to the United States, to the U.S. Virgin Islands, and to all international locations. The level of the discounts is also based upon usage in all time periods. However the discount applies only to Standard business day calls made to the United States and to international full period (standard rate for the Dominican Republic) calls made to all international locations, except those countries listed in Section C-3.071 of MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No. 1 of which are marked with a double asterick (**).

2.1.1.6 Optional Calling Plans:
2.1.1.6.1 Puerto Rico Optional Calling Plan I: For a monthly subscription charge of $7.20 Puerto Rico Optional Calling Plan I offers one hour of calling from Puerto Rico to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI. Customers may place calls between 5 PM and 7:59 AM Monday through Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday until 4:59 PM and between 11 PM Sunday and 7:59 AM on Monday. Calls placed during these time periods will be priced at $0.10 per minute. All calls made during any other time period will be priced at the rates listed in Section C-2.1.1.3. In addition, customers will receive a 5 percent discount on all calls placed to those international locations listed in Section C-2.1.1.1.3. Customers who subscribe to this Optional Calling Plan cannot be enrolled in any other domestic or international Premier Calling Plan at the same time.
2.1.1.6.2 Puerto Rico Optional Calling Plan 2: Puerto Rico Optional Calling Plan 2 offers the following domestic and international rates. Customers who subscribe to this Optional Calling Plan cannot be enrolled in any other domestic or international Premier Calling Plan at the same time.
Minimum Monthly Charge: Customers will be charged a monthly $3.00 per account minimum charge if the total Puerto Rico Optional Calling Plan 2 usage charges are less than $5.00 per account per month.
Domestic Usage Charges: Customers will be charged $0.15 per-minute for usage originates in Puerto Rico and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI on Monday through Saturday.
Customers will be charged $0.05 per-minute for usage which originates in Puerto Rico and terminates in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and CNMI on Sunday.

2.3. OPTION B (MCI Preferred)
Unless specifically modified herein, terms and conditions applicable to MCI Preferred found in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No. 1 shall apply and all rates and charges for MCI Preferred usage originating in Puerto Rico and terminating in domestic locations are the same as those for usage originating in domestic locations and terminating in Puerto Rico and all rates and charges for international usage originating and terminating in Puerto Rico are the same as those for international usage originating in the U.S. Mainland.
2.3.1 Usage Charges:
2.3.1.1 Option B (MCI Preferred):
In lieu of charges specified in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No.1, the rates specified in this section will apply for calls made by customers of Option B (MCI Preferred) from Puerto Rico. Calls will be calculated on a 30-second minimum duration basis, with additional 6-second increments, except for calls to Mexico, and calls to Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Ocean Inmarsat locations, which are calculated on a 60-second minimum duration basis, with additional 60-second increments. Peak rates apply during the Standard rate period. Off-Peak rates apply all other times. Volume discounts are applicable for calls to all countries other than Mexico and those calls made to Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Ocean Inmarsat locations, and may be found in the appropriate section set forth under MCI Preferred. Unless otherwise specified, the rates below apply to calls made from Type 1 and Type 2 locations, as well as calls made using calling card access. In those cases where Type 1 and Type 2 location rates are different, calls made using calling card access will be charged at the rates specified for Type 1 locations.

2.6.1.9 Rates for Option E (MCI Vision):
In lieu of charges specified in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No. 1, calls made by customers of Option E which originate from Puerto Rico will be calculated on a 30-second minimum duration basis, with additional 6-second increments, except for the Mexico portion of calls to Mexico, which are calculated on a 60-second minimum duration basis with additional 60-second increments. Peak rates apply during the Standard Rate Period; Off-Peak rates apply at all other times. Volume discounts are applicable for all calls other than calls to Mexico, for which only the U.S. portion of the call is eligible for discounts.

The Opcion Uno Term Plan is a term plan, in lieu of all other tariffed term plans. Customers who subscribe to networkMCI One through the Opcion Uno Term Plan are subject to the following conditions:
2.8.2.1.1 Definition of Terms: The terms and conditions applicable to the networkMCI One Term Plan found in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. 2.8.2.1.2 Term Commitment and Renewal Options: The terms and conditions applicable to the networkMCI One Term Plan found in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No. 1 shall apply except as follows. A customer may also commit to service for a term of service on a month-to-month basis.
2.8.2.1.3 Volume Commitment: The terms and conditions applicable to the networkMCI One Term Plan found in MCI WORLDCOM Communications, Inc. Tariff FCC No. 1 shall apply except as follows. A customer may elect a networkMCI One Term Plan annual volume commitment in the amounts of $1,000 or $3,000. Customers may not elect a networkMCI One Term Plan annual volume commitment in the amounts of $84,000; $96,000; $120,000; $180,000; $240,000; $300,000; $360,000; $420,000; $480,000; $600,000; or, $720,000. A customer who commits to service for a term of service on a month-to-month basis may not elect a networkMCI One Term Plan volume commitment.
