Section III
1. Billing Reports. Net Conferencing billing details are provided for free on the Online Invoice Protocol tool. However customers may request additional Billing Reports which provide Audio Conferencing and Net Conferencing invoice detail to Customers designated address. Customer may request a Billing report on either a one‑time or a monthly recurring basis. Standard Reporting provides invoice detail sorted by Customer Reference Codes and Leader last name. Global Reporting provides invoice detail sorted by Customer Reference Codes and Leader last name and consolidates invoices from one or more regions into one Billing Report.
1.1 Charges. The following charges apply:
1.1.1 Standard Reporting. A $150 charge applies per Standard Reporting Billing Report provided on a one‑time basis. A $100 monthly recurring charge applies per Standard Reporting Billing Report provided on a monthly recurring basis.
1.1.2 Global Reporting. A $350 charge applies per Global Reporting Billing Report provided on a one‑time basis: A $100 monthly recurring charge applies per Global Reporting Billing Report provided on a monthly recurring basis.
2. Customer Reference Codes. Allows Customer to designate up to 20 alpha‑numeric characters to identify the Net Conferencing session on Customer's invoice.
3. Duplicate Billing. Customer may have duplicate invoices produced and sent to a Customer designated address. The request may be a one‑time request, or occur on a monthly recurring basis. A $10 per invoice, per location charge applies.
4. Reserved Net Replay Set-Up and Storage. Permits Customer to set up a recording of a Net Conferencing session to enable participants to view the recording of the Net Conferencing session and to hear an audio replay of the Audio Conferencing call if one was associated with the Net Conferencing session.
4.1 Reserved Net Replay Set-up and Storage Charges. Participants are directed to an Internet site provided by Company for a Customer-defined period in increments of 30 days not to exceed a total of 360 days following the Net Conferencing session. Notwithstanding the above, Company reserves the right to limit the storage period to no more than 30 days in order to enable a Net Conferencing infrastructure change.
4.1.1 A $100 charge applies to the initial set-up of a Reserved Net Replay and for 30 days of storage per session. A $50 charge applies to each subsequent 30 days of storage.
4.1.2 Reserved Net Conference File Download. Permits Customer to download a Net Replay recording via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). This can be requested independently of Net Replay. A $100 charge applies per FTP download associated with the Reserved Net Conference.
5. Replay Storage for Advanced and Customized Net Conference with Microsoft Office Live Meeting. Storage for self-serve replay and maintenance of presentations within Microsoft Office Live Meeting Professional is available. Presenters can start the recording of the net conference and select either to store the recording or not. Such recording may be stored on a third-party site designated by Company, to which site participants will be directed by the Conferencing Leader to view the Net Replay. Net Replays described in this Section may be stored for a maximum of 365 days. Notwithstanding the above, Company reserves the right to limit the storage period to no more than 30 days in order to enable a Net Conferencing infrastructure change.
6. Customized Net Conference Document Storage WebEx. Storage of documents on the Customers Customized Net Conference site is available for certain Customized Net Conference options. The first 1 gigabyte per Internet site per 30 day period is at no charge. Additional 100 megabyte clusters are charged at $200 per Internet site per 30 day period. Customers may buy clusters of 500 megabytes for $600 per Internet site per 30 day period.
7. Customized WebEx Hosted Net Replay.
7.2.1 Monthly Recurring Charges Uncommitted Level of Storage. f Customer selects an uncommitted level of storage, a $16 per gigabyte charge applies after the first gigabyte of storage, which is provided at no charge.
7.2.2 Monthly Recurring Charges Committed Level of Storage. The first gigabyte of storage is provided at no charge. After the first gigabyte, the following monthly recurring storage charges and monthly overage charges apply based on Customers monthly storage level commitment. However, if the Capped (1GB) level is selected, there are no overage charges since no additional storage will be made available. Upon reaching the Capped 1GB level, the user will receive an error that the maximum storage capacity has been reached.

8. Advanced WebEx Hosted Net Replay.
9. Operational Reports. Operational Reports provides Audio Conferencing, Net Conferencing y Video Conferencing invoice detail reports for Customers whose combined Audio Conferencing, Net Conferencing and Video Conferencing usage exceeds $50,000 per monthly period. Customer may request Operational Reports on either a one‑time or a monthly recurring basis. Standard Reporting provides customized call and session detail information. Global Reporting consolidates Standard Reporting for two or more regions. The following rates and charges apply:
10. Reserved Net Operator Hosting. Permits Customer to request at time of reservation of a Reserved Net Conference session that a Company Net Conferencing Specialist provide event support services during a Net Conferencing session on behalf of Customer. A $100 charge applies per session per event support service. Examples of event support services include:
· Video playback Assistance and coordination of the video playback to allow the audio to play through the audio conference.
· Advancing slides Advancement of the slides on behalf of the Leader.
· Closed Captioning Coordination of closed captioning for the event.
· Multi-server events Coordination of a multiple server event.
11. Remote Access. Remote Access allows Customer-designated computers to remotely access previously registered end-users computers and other devices (Host Machines) without the end-user being present. Remote Access allows the designated-computer to download software and to remotely make modifications to the Host Machine. Host machines limit access to users that come from a specified IP address range. Customer administrators may define up to three IP address ranges. When initiating a Remote Access session, the Host Machine requires an access code or phone authentication to access the machine. This code is stored on the server and can be accessed only by administrators with proper authentication. Remote Access sessions are completely transient, storing no session data on the server. In order to utilize Remote Access, Customer must commit to a specified term of service at a specified number of Host Machines per month for a minimum of three months via an enrollment form or order form.
11.1 Rates and Charges. The following monthly recurring charges apply per Host Machine enrolled, based on the total number of computers enrolled.

12. Site Branding: Customer may customize the branding on its Net Conferencing sites. A $249 charge applies per branding modification on Customer-branded Net Conferencing sites.
