Offer: The Customer will be charged, and will receive the following discounts on, the standard per-circuit monthly recurring charges in effect in the Local Exchange Carrier tariff for the location served for Company-provided 44.45 Mbps (DS-3) local access service, based on the location of the circuit:

Eligibility Requirements: A Customer must:
enroll between July 1, 2003 and November 30, 2003; and,
subscribe to Company-provided local access service at 44.45 Mbps (DS-3) under a new term of service which equals or exceeds two years.
Other Conditions: Customer may not receive the benefits of any other discounts or promotional offerings on the service which receives the benefit of this promotion.
