Long Distance Voice Wireless Bonus Promotion
Offer: A new Customer of Long Distance Voice Services who orders Domestic and International Inbound, Outbound, and/or Calling Card service (Promotional Service) will receive Fund deposit(s) for the term (Term) to which Customer has committed in the master services agreement (Agreement) based on the Agreement Annual Volume Commitment (AVC) and Term length, as set forth below:

Eligibility Requirements: Customer must
· enroll between October 18, 2007 and June 30, 2008;
· have an active Verizon Wireless commercial account; and,
· execute and submit an Agreement with Company by July 31, 2008 that includes a Promotional Service.
Other Conditions
Company reserves the right to change the Fund, any terms and conditions pertaining to the Fund, and benefits and/or participation therein. Fund benefits are not transferable. Any and all tax liabilities and shipping costs arising from participation in the Fund are solely the responsibility of Customer. Company shall not be liable for products, services, and warranties, express or implied, of participating vendors. Customer may convert its Fund account balance to invoice credits, which will be applied on a pro-rata basis to Customers first invoice following the end of the annual period in which Customer makes such request and in each subsequent twelve (12) month period of the Term. Fund deposits earned by Customer as a result of signing an accompanying Agreement are not renewable under such Agreement beyond its initial term.
