1.         The following charges apply to Digital Metro Private Line Access Service and Metro Private Line SONET Service:​​ 

 

1.1​​        Charges for circuits ordered prior to July 1, 2003 and/or (ii) under Company contracts which provide discounts on standard monthly recurring charges​​
