Offer: A $200 Local Access Channel Monthly Recurring Channel charge per circuit for Promotional Access Service during each monthly period of a customer's term of service, in lieu of standard Local Access Channel Monthly Recurring Channel charges and all other discounts or rates.
Eligibility: A customer:
must enroll between August 16, 2001 and March 31, 2002;
must be a new customer of Frame Relay Service and may have not subscribed to Frame Relay Service previously;
must subscribe to new T-1 Digital Access (Promotional Access Service) associated with five or more WorldCom Frame Relay nodes at 128 kbps through 1.536 Mbps under a new term of service which equals or exceeds one year;
must place a single order on or before April 30, 2002 for installation of Promotional Access Service to occur on or before June 30, 2002; and,
may not receive the benefits of a Special Customer Arrangement (SCA) on the Frame Relay Service associated with Promotional Access Service.
