Beginning November 3, 2000 and ending December 31, 2002, the Company will offer the following promotion to new and existing Customers of Feature Option 1 WorldCom On-Net Voice Services who are members of a participating Partner Marketing Program and who subscribe to a new WorldCom On Net Voice Services Term Plan (Term Plan). Customers enrolled in this promotion will receive the following benefits in lieu of the provisions of the Partner Marketing Program and are not eligible to receive the benefits of any other promotional offering on the services which receive the benefits of this promotion.
Promotional Benefits: The following provisions will apply during each monthly period of a Customer's Term Plan term of service following promotion enrollment.
Charges for Directory Assistance will be included as Qualifying Volume and calculated in satisfaction of the Customer's Term Plan volume commitment.
In lieu of standard Switched WATS Termination and Business Line Termination and Dedicated Access Termination charges, the Customer will be charged a $5.00 per month service fee per service group for Switched WATS Termination or Business Line Termination and a $10.00 per month service fee per service fee per service group for Dedicated Access Termination.
The Customer will receive:
a 33.5 percent discount on per-minute usage charges, calculated after application all of other discounts and credits, for MCI WorldCom On Net Services Option 1 Outbound Service and Inbound Service;
a 1 percent discount on per-minute usage charges, calculated prior to the application of all other discounts and credits, for MCI WorldCom On Net Services Option 1 Outbound Service and Inbound Service;
a credit applied against interstate usage, not to exceed $50,000.00 prior to the application of discounts and credits, excluding charges for calling card access and operator assisted usage and Directory Assistance, equal to: (i) the following percentages of the standard tariffed rates in effect for the Customer's intrastate MCI WorldCom On Net Services Option 1 Outbound Service and Inbound Service within the following states, based on origination type for Outbound Service and termination type for Inbound Service; and, (ii) 9 percent of the standard tariffed rates in effect for the Customer's intrastate MCI WorldCom On Net Services Option 1 Outbound Service and Inbound Service within all other states:

a 74 percent discount, calculated prior to all other discounts and credits, on standard percall charges for Directory Assistance for numbers in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and CNMI; and,
a credit applied against interstate usage charges equal to: (i) 72 percent of the standard tariffed per-call charges in effect for the Customer's intrastate Directory Assistance usage, excluding charges for service in the following states, and, (ii) the following percentages of the standard tariffed per-call charges in effect for the Customer's intrastate Directory Assistance usage within the following states:
