Conferencing Introductory Offer Program Promotion

 

Oferta:   During the 12-month period following promotion enrollment and during each Extension Period:

 

the following per-minute per-bridge port rates, based on the Customer’s monthly volume of audioconferencing usage, for: Conferencing Calling usage within the U.S. Mainland, Alaska and Hawaii, in lieu of all other rates, based on Service Level and access method; and, at the Unattended Service Level for Instant Meeting Service usage from the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands:

Availability:  The Customer must enroll between February 1, 2003 and December 31, 2003.

 

Other Conditions:

 

Upon expiration of each 12-month period following a Customer’s promotion enrollment, service shall continue under this promotion for a 12-month period (Extension Period) unless the Customer provides the Company notice of termination of service under the plan at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the expiring 12-month-period.

 

Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on audioconferencing and On-Net Voice Services Videoconferencing.
