Offer: A credit, not to exceed $250, equal to the Customers per-minute usage charges for one Net Conferencing call which uses 51 or more ports and which is completed between February 1, 2003 and January 31, 2004.
Eligibility: The Customer:
must request the credit by completing a Company-designated form via a Company-designated Internet site prior to February 15, 2004; and,
may receive the benefits of this promotion no more than four times during any calendar year.
Other Conditions: Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering on audioconferencing.
