Offer: During the term of service of an enrolled customer's term plan, the Company will waive the customer's recurring and non-recurring Access Coordination and Central Office Connection charges for the customer's Dedicated Access Service installed before October 1, 1998.
Eligibilty: A Customer must:
enroll between January 1, 2002 and October 31, 2002; and,
be an existing Customer of networkMCI One enrolled in the networkMCI One Access Promotion or be an existing Customer receiving service under Special Customer Arrangement (SCA) Types 39, 40 and 41, who becomes a new Customer of WorldCom On-Net Voice Services Term Plan.
