Effective August 8, 2016, Operator Assisted third party billed calls will no longer be available to new and existing customers.
Usage Rates for Operator Assisted Calling
IV.3 The following charges apply to outbound Operator Assisted calls which originate and terminate via Switched and Dedicated access only. For calls terminating via Local Network Connection facilities, a termination credit of $0.01 per minute will apply. For calls originating over Local Network Connection facilities, an origination credit of $0.045 per minute will apply.
3.1. Domestic Calls: For domestic calls within the classifications detailed below, the following usage rates will apply.
· Calls made from Company presubscribed payphones or institutional phones and which are completed with the assistance of a Company operator:
· Calls made from private residential or business phones presubscribed to the Company and which are completed with the assistance of a Company operator; and
· Calls made from private residential or business phones by Casual Callers, which are completed with the assistance of a Company operator.
3.1.1 From the U.S. Mainland and Hawaii to the U.S. Mainland and Alaska or from the U.S. Mainland to Hawaii Per‑Minute Usage Charges:

3.2. International Calls
3.2.1 From the U.S. Mainland, Alaska and Hawaii to International Locations Per-Minute Usage Charges: The following per-minute charges apply for calls in the classifications specified in Section IV.3.1 which originate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska and Hawaii and terminate in the following international locations:
3.2.2 From Canada to International Locations Per-Minute Usage Charges: The following per-minute charges apply for calls which originate in Canada and terminate in the following international locations:
3.2.3 International Mobile Origination Charge: Customers of International Toll Free Service will be charged the following undiscountable per minute charges, in addition to all other applicable usage charges and surcharges, for International Toll Free Service which originates via Commercial Mobile Radio Service in the following international locations:
3.3. Operator Services Surcharges: Except as specified below, the following undiscountable surcharges apply to Operator Assisted calls in the classifications specified in Section IV.3.1:
