Internet Security Assessment (ISA) Security Services with PIP
Subject to the conditions below, Customers signing a new, or renewing an existing Verizon Business services agreement (Agreement) and ordering new Private IP circuits (Promotional Services) will receive the following one-time promotional benefits at no additional charge as specified below:
· One External Risk Assessment Report (ERAR component of SMP-Security Management Program) that consists of a one-time scan of external IP addresses and the generation of a findings report
· One Virtual Discovery & Classification service, which provides Customer with information about how the Customers network is interacting with hosts and services on the internet
· One day of security consulting (PSS Professional Security Services) to report and explain the results of the External Risk Assessment Report and Virtual Discovery and Classification service.
Condiciones
1. This promotion is not available to governmental entities.
2. The promotional benefits will be provided pursuant to the ISA Statement of Work (SOW) (once completed and fully executed) and the standard terms and conditions for the promotional benefits (as specified in the preceding link).
3. Customer must order Promotional Services with a cumulative minimum of $25,000 in monthly recurring charges to be eligible for the promotion.
4. Except for standard Private IP VBS III discounts, or as explicitly stated in Customers Agreement, no other discounts apply to the Promotional Services, whether or not Customer actually requests or receives the promotional benefits described above.
5. Customers Agreement must have a minimum $60,000 Annual Volume Commitment (AVC) requirement.
6. This ISA - (Security Services with PIP) Promotion must be included in the Customers Agreement; signed and submitted by July 31, 2009.
7. Orders for Promotional Services must be received by August 31, 2009.
8. New and renewing Customers must sign an Agreement with a 1 year Term commitment.
