Offer: In lieu of the rates and discounts set forth for Voice Services in the MCI Business Services Agreement, MCI Service Agreement and SCA Guide Type to which the Customer subscribes under this promotion, the following per-minute rates apply for domestic Voice Services Outbound Service and Inbound Service, based on the Customers annual volume commitment, term of service and origination type, except that in each monthly period in which in which the Customers charges for domestic Voice Services usage exceed $25,000 (calculated at the rates set forth in this promotion), an additional $0.02 per-minute charge applies for each minute of domestic Voice Services usage which exceeds the threshold:

Eligibility: The Customer must:
enroll between October 1, 2003 and October 31, 2005;
execute an MCI Business Services Agreement or MCI Service Agreement upon promotion enrollment with a one-, two- or three-year term of service and an annual volume commitment which exceeds $6,000;
subscribe to Voice Services under Special Customer Arrangement (SCA) Guide Type 6, 7, 8 or 9 or Product Packages Guide Types 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20 or 21;
subscribe during the term of service to Company service, where available, to satisfy all the Customers exchange service requirements, excluding service provided under a term of service commitment with a carrier other than the Company in effect at the time of promotion enrollment;
subscribe, upon expiration of a term of service commitment for exchange service with a carrier other than the Company in effect at the time of promotion enrollment, to Company service, where available, to satisfy the Customers requirements for that service; and,
demonstrate to the Companys reasonable satisfaction that it will accept an offer from SBC to subscribe to High Volume Calling Plan II in the absence of any further inducement from the Company to subscribe to, or remain subscribed to Company service.
Other Conditions:
The Customer may not receive the benefits of Checkbook Promotion 2003, Checkbook 2004 Promotion, Local-to-Local Promotion, Major Interstate Advantage Enhanced Promotion, MCI Affinity Promotion, MCI Loyalty Plus Promotion I, MCI Loyalty Plus Promotion II, MCI Loyalty Plus Promotion III, and Regional Checkbook Promotion 2004.
