The following per-minute rates will apply to calls made by customers who place Global Card calls which originate in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and CNMI and terminate in the following locations.  Usage will be calculated on a 30-second minimum basis and additional 6‑second increments.​​
