Offer: Waiver of the non-recurring and recurring monthly Installation and Maintenance Charge for Enterprise Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Access installed under this promotion during the Customers term of service.
Eligibility: The Customer must:
enroll between June 1, 2002 and September 30, 2002;
order new Enterprise Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Access (New EDSL) under either (i) a new term of service that equals or exceeds one year or (ii) an existing term of service with more than 12 months remaining in the term; and,
order installation of New EDSL (DSL) on or before October 31, 2002 for installation to occur on or before December 31, 2002.
