Advanced Toll Free Proprietary Headers

IPCC creates a standard set of proprietary headers when the data to populate them is available. These headers can be passed to the customer if they choose to receive them. 

This can be done by provisioning the accept proprietary header flag on the IP termination via Network Manager.
