Discontinuation of Certain Business Lines (POTS) services. This is a notification that all remaining Business Lines (POTS) service provided by Verizon subsidiaries MCImetro Access Transmission Services LLC and MCImetro Access Transmission Services of Virginia, Inc. will be disconnected on or after June 30, 2023. This notice relates only to POTS services sold by the Verizon Business MCI subsidiaries referenced above. Business Lines (POTS) provided by Verizon Telecom subsidiaries in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island and the District of Columbia are not affected by this notice. Verizon would be pleased to work with you to transfer your services to alternative Verizon solutions as available. Please contact your assigned account executive or authorized Verizon partner. Or you can contact us at 877.297.7816. This notice does not apply to federal agencies. This notice also does not apply to state, local government and educational agencies who purchase these services under such agencies’ own master contracts. Customers affected by an earlier phase of these disconnections, who have already agreed to a formal disconnection date with Verizon which is prior to June 30, 2023, will still be disconnected on their agreed-upon date. These changes are subject to applicable regulatory approvals, and contractual obligations.

Attention customers with Private IP and Internet Dedicated. On or after January 31, 2023, certain port speeds for Verizon Private IP (PIP) and Internet Dedicated services provided by MCI Communications Services LLC will be disconnected. These changes only apply to certain port speeds, and only in the geographies listed. Affected customers are invited to contact your assigned account executive or authorized Verizon partner to work with you to develop a solution to meet your needs. You can also contact us at 877.297.7816 or verizon.com/business/contact-us/ Geographies affected: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming and Puerto Rico. Geographies not affected: Circuits which originate and / or terminate in Connecticut, Delaware, The District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Virginia. Affected service speeds: Verizon Private IP (PIP) Service - DS0: 56k, 64k; DS1: 56k, 64k, 256k, 512k, 1 Mbps, 1.5 Mbps; NxDS1 (1.536Mbps) MLPPP/MLFR: 3 Mbps, 4.6 Mbps, 6 Mbps; DS3: 8 Mbps, 10 Mbps, 30 Mbps, 40 Mbps, 45 Mbps; OC3: 50 Mbps, 80 Mbps, 100 Mbps, 155 Mbps/155.52 Mbps; OC12: 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps, 400 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 600 Mbps, 622 Mbps; OC48: 2.5 Gbps Internet Dedicated Service: DS0: 56k, 64k; T1: 1.5 Mbps; NxT1: 3 Mbps, 4.6 Mbps, 6 Mbps; T3: 45 Mbps; OC3: 155 Mbps; OC12: 622 Mbps; OC48: 2.5Gbps Verizon would be pleased to work with you to transfer to alternative service speeds with Ethernet access or other Verizon solutions, as available. These changes are subject to any applicable contractual obligations.

Verizon Long Distance National Private Line service will be discontinued on or after March 31, 202.
