Choose a report
You can run the following reports:
- Closed tickets: This report will show all of your tickets that closed within the date range you select
- Outstanding tickets: This report shows the tickets with a closed date within the selected date range
- Repeated tickets: This report will show all of your tickets whose service IDs have more than one ticket with a closed date within the selected date range
- Daily summary of closed tickets: This report will show the total number of tickets that closed each day within the date range you selected and in agreement with the selected elapsed repair time. The number of tickets is shown weekly by resolution description
- Weekly summary of closed tickets: This report shows the total number of tickets with a closed date within the selected date range and in agreement with the selected elapsed repair time. The number of tickets is shown weekly by resolution description
Run a report
To run a report on your incident tickets:
1. Log in to Verizon Enterprise Center
2. Select Repairs > Create report
Select your report
3. Select the type of report you’d like to run, the accounts you’d like included and the date range for your report
4. Click Run Report
View and download your report
5. Select your report from your report list to view the file
