Verizon has opened a new office in the Czech Republic to support its enterprise and Government customers worldwide. The new office in Ostrava complements Verizon’s existing facility in Prague, and delivers managed service support, and a consistent user experience to Verizon’s customers, as part of a global team.
Managed services support is an area of Verizon’s business that is growing fast, particularly as more and more organisations go digital. In essence, Verizon looks after the operation and maintenance of its customers’ networks and connected devices, so that they don’t have to. This effectively frees up customers’ time to focus on their own business growth and development, safe in the knowledge that their communications infrastructure is in expert hands.
