I have had a smart watch since they first came out. I loved my frontier the Bezel was my favorite. I didn't upgrade ( and had no problems with my frontier daily use ) they came out with this and had a Bezel and picked it up instantly. This is a bigger watch ( I love ) but if you're looking for sleek and light this one isn't for you. The battery lasts a day or 2 ( some are complaining but I always charge anyway ) even the original band was good. I won't upgrade again till this one goes and hope they keep this style.

I can't believe Verizon is still selling this watch for retail as $429.99. Watch is slow, takes forever to power on. It takes several times to try and connect to phone. Battery doesn't last a day. Microphone won't pick up speech to text and calling on watch is muffled. I bought this watch for my husband and he was really disappointed. We won't be buying another Samsung watch in the future and they are not worth the money.

Same issues as everyone else. Overheating, issue connecting to phone, and stopped charging just after the warranty expired. Samsung wouldn't stand behind and make the repair.

I've had this watch for two years now and it is the worst Samsung product I've ever had. Luckily I got it free with a promotion. It's never held a charge without being in battery saving mode which means that all of the features are useless. Even in battery saving mode it frequently overheats. I love Samsung but this has made me think twice about purchasing another of their smartwatches.

Watch never worked properly despite repeated visits to the Verizon store. Kept dropping the blu-tooth link to the phone, Completely failed after 6 months. Repeatedly overheated. Now I have to get a new watch when this one is only partly payed off.

I purchased this watch in summer of 2022 and in early December of 2023 it died. Won't charge. I took it to multiple repair shops including my local verizon (who just tried to get me to buy a new one)and nobody was able to repair it. I had a new battery installed and it still wouldn't work. The watch got really hot when I was wearing it at work and almost burned my skin and then a few moments later it died... it had maybe 75% battery at the time. I didn't purchase insurance on it and now have to pay off the remaining balance.

It looks nice but that's about it. Battery is terrible. Had it for a little over a year and now it won't turn on or charge anymore. Warranty is 12 months. Go figure. Don't waste your money!

I don't seem to get my text or calls through my watch at all. Not a huge issue as I am working from home. If I get called back into the office I will switch to a plain watch as this would be completely useless then.

For people who like a stronger and Heavier watch to wear go with samsung if your a Construction worker or woek outside definitely go with samsung I've put my watch throw some hard work days and holds up really good I had the apple watch and because I've worked outside so much its broke the Screen rather easy or Sweat has gotten into the battery section and short it out I watch just a number of problems apple needs work on for how much there asking but with samsung agin hold up throw everything I've throw at it just make sure you have a samsung phone before you buy the samsung watch because you lose out on a lot of good Apps and features

Is this watch waterproof? Nit water resistant but, actually waterproof?
