The device works great. I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t show data used on the screen. It always tells me no data info available.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The battery life is really short and doesnt last the night unplugged. If left plugged in constantly, it will only charge to 60% to protect itself. Works great. Being portable is nice, but I bought this to get rid of my really bad internet. It was the right choice. Even on slow speed data, it runs all my security cameras (which is the only reason I need internet at home).

It's great when it works 5g, but it doesn't have the capability of 4g networks quite yet, and when you have little signal in the area, trying to stay online is tough. We will have to see what I was using for my home network because I could patch into my router's Wi-Fi with ethernet and only got 1 bar no matter where I placed it. I was hoping it would have switched to 4g, but it didn't. I was disappointed, but time will tell.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I haven’t tried the other WiFi boxes but my friend had just bought his and recommended it. I am a truck driver so I’m all over and a lot of places don’t have good service for my ps5. Bought it strictly for this and it works great so far, I’ve been on 4g lte with 2-3 bars and still was able to connect to the ps5 and game with very little glitching. When I’m on the 5g network it works like a champ. Battery life doesn’t last but a few hours if you’re not charging while playing. The connection works best if you have the Ethernet cable instead of using Bluetooth. Hope this helps, I would recommend it for people on the go.

Had probably my worst customer service experience in my whole adult life and I am 67. Boynton Beach store in Florida has a lot to be desired in customer relations. Without getting into detail sales people were not forthright about promotions and said item. Not fast , battery life is short and limited function. Stay away from this piece of garbage.

Can I access port forwarding?

Hello - Important: Port forwarding creates a security risk and should not be turned on unless it is required. Some mobile networks provide you with an IP address on their own network rather than an internet IP address. In this case, Port Forwarding cannot be used, because internet users cannot reach your IP address.
