The box usually comes with a primary microphone, but you can purchase a secondary microphone directly from us. You may have another primary microphone, which is causing interference with the speaker's connection to the original primary microphone. However, it is possible to connect a maximum of two of either the PartyBox 110, 310, 710 or Encore/Essential together in Party mode - the two speakers then do not need to be the same model, but Stereo mode will not be possible.

Turn on the new wireless microphone and place it on the top of the speaker. 3. Turn on the speaker. The microphone will pair and connect with the speaker automatically within 3 minutes. Our JBL Partybox On-The-Go supports a maximum of 2 wireless microphones or 1 wireless and 1 wired, therefore you can connect or use up to 3 microphones at the same time. You can add a wired microphone to be plugged into the mic gain port located at the top of the speaker or connect another wireless microphone to the unit using a dongle.
