1 week with the phone and good news. Sounds very clear and fine. Use it for almost 10h talking and battery went to low batt. It is a good headset. Pairing in 2 devices is easy but switching to one another is not very smooth. If you are on notebook and your phone start to ring it switches automatically and it is not because my phone is always ringing.

I've purchased this product twice and both times it broke on me in the first maybe month or two. The first time it broke I thought it was user error I might have used it roughly, the second time I was super careful with it but still it broke so now I have two broken headphones. Unfortunately both of the times they broke it was out of warranty.

I love the product and that it can connect to two devices at once. The range is great and the easy mute button is handy. My only complaint is they are fragile. This is my 3rd headset in 3 years. Don't drop it or open it too far as it will break the plastic. But it's the best I've found for the price and features.

Headset broke at both arms

I bought this at the end of the year last year. Design for sound is great for sure. But as I just saw in some reviews it broke at the ear piece on the arm. I taped it. then a month later the other side broke. This is ridiculous. I am an engineer in the space program and have had lots of experience with headsets. This is just unacceptable.

Battery only lasts up to 24h instead of +55 like advertised, very sad, not even a warning... arounf 20h of usage its says BATTERY MEDIUM, then you cant speak into it anymore, only listen en only 2 to 3 hours later it dies on you...

Great headset, died too soon

I adored this headset for 3 months before the microphone started intermittently not working. After some troubleshooting, I determined it was a break in the wiring. I contacted the company and they honored their 2-year warranty and issued a store credit with which I bought a GO Work Gen 2 headset which is NOT renewed; hopefully the new one keeps working, because it has everything I want in a headset!!

Here's the corrected version: "It is so comfortable how it sits, and I like the functionality of the mute button. The sound from the microphone is really good, and it looks very classic too. I'm not sure about the 45 hours of use yet; it needs charging after two job days of use, but it's still good to me. The other thing is the sound quality for music, which is not bad but it can be better. I would recommend this product to anyone who makes calls while working in a factory or any noisy environment, and to anyone who wants to have their headphones connected to both PC and mobile at once. Hope to see more improvements next year 😊"

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Super awesome headphones when i first had them. Maybe two weeks go by and now my customers can hear my collogues in the background and it is making me pretty upset. Also, I have notice that I received the gen 1 instead of the gen 2 versions. I mean no price difference so i don't understand why I did not receive the newer version. I would like information to get a new updated pair as soon as possible.

Customer can hear everything in background,can't use the mute button on teams or any other system on PC.Customer cannot hear clear. Also cannot hear clear as sounds like customer is soo far away
