I have only used this controller a few days and already I feel stick drift and 2 buttons are sticking. Could just be a lemon controller but you can’t get anyone on the phone at Verizon so I guess I wasted my money.

Was sent a used controller with an expired warranty. These are labeled and sold as "new" but as you can see from numerous reviews that is a lie. I had to dispute this with Microsoft over the course of 2 days to prove I bought a "new" controller

I did my research before buying this controller from Verizon. With that being said it was easy for me to contact Microsoft to restart my warranty probably took 20 minutes. I’m not understanding all the complaining it’s not a big hassle honestly. Although it should've been purchased properly so we don’t have to deal with getting another. But the controller is much cheaper alot of other places have it for only $150. But retail isn’t that bad anyway if you’re already spending that much on a controller. More as for the actually controller i read ppl received poor quality controllers. I personally didn’t have this issue. I received a brand new controller no smudges or imperfections. Mine was perfect minus a slight stick drift that was easily fixed with tension adjustment. I’m hoping it’ll hold up in the long run for the price. Don’t let other reviewers scare you Id say try your luck.

I wrote this review to say I don’t think most of the reviews should be as low as they are. A lot of people are claiming the controller is used because the warranty had expired. Well if the box is sealed it’s still from factory. The problem is how Verizon purchased the products. Microsoft starts the warranty from the day they purchased them leaving us having to call Microsoft to fix the problem. It is a little hassle because you have to submit a pdf of your receipt so do not throw away. YOU WILL NEED IT! After that they will fix the warranty and give you your full one year warranty. This happened with me on my Xbox as well I got from Verizon. I will say I had to do this for a headset I got from Amazon as well so it not just Verizon. All in all the controllers works great an I am happy with the product.

After reading all these reviews it seems as if though these controllers are used. And with employees coming on here saying they are new. Would I be able to even exchange or return a controller sent to me that is not new?? Please reply

Is this new or used? I already see the question from yesterday asking the same. But j need to know why numerous people are reporting receiving a used controller. If I order this; I need to receive a brand new controller and brand new everything.

this xbox controller elite series 2 for $104 is this the core or controller only or is it with the cast and attachments?
