I am giving this one star solely to the fact, though very inconsistent, it’s great when it works. If I were to write everything that went on from the start, I would run out of breath, so to sum it up. Since day 4 of having this whole thing, it’s been trouble. From little internet, to bo internet, to having replace the box itself. Keep in mind my wife and I work from home. This for to a point that the low bandwidth caused my ring camera to break and no internet for a week. On top of that, they had a incentive to get a $200 DoorDash card and because of their mistake, it’s been almost a year and no DoorDash gift card, again.. because of their mess up. This is all while customer service is telling me they will do everything they can and credited me a measly $100 for not having internet for over a week, while working from home. I still have it, only because we need to have this one to power some devices and have our main ones with T-mobile which we have had a one time issue that by simply following the instructions, works perfect. Keep your customers happy Verizon.

Works good for Xbox 1 but doesn’t allow a rechargeable battery pack that I had in my old controller to work with it.Have get a supply of AA batteries.

Bought this from Microsoft and lightly used for 7 months before stick drift made it unusable. I checked Microsoft warranties for 6 months, how convenient. I have the white model which developed drift after 2 years of heavy use, which I think is fair, and have a couple others still going strong 2+ years. I just bought an Elite controller and sent back because the View button didn't work out of the box. It seems quality issues affect their newer products.
