This thing is fantastic. I was a little leery about paying $38 for it, but it really charges your phone very nicely and quick.

I am extremely disappointed with this power bank. It is less than four months old and it continuously charges less and less time. While it may come to a complete charge in a short period of time it discharges, even faster. I cannot even have a charge for four hours before the charge is gone. This serves no purpose. It is not a power bank is a powerless bank. The company should be very, ashamed of themselves for selling a piece of junk like this. I purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter who will be a freshman in college in August. I wanted something that would provide her with continuous phone power while she is on campus. My fear is that if I had sent this with her, she would be in a situation with the phone would not be available to her and normal as well as emergency situation. Verizon should be ashamed of, even this or selling this under their name, I would not recommend this to anyone

Not impressed with it at all it's charge will only charge up 2 phones and they advertised it as being able to charge two phones at a time and it doesn't there's only one phone charging port . For the price you can buy two off brand chargers for less money and they would give you more charging time. Basically don't waste your money

A follow up question that may clarify my prior one. Does the charger have dual voltage? If dual, only an adapter will be needed. But if not, it's my understanding that a voltage converter will be needed. Thanks!
